Return and Refund

In some specific circumstances, Biye Bazaar allows the customers to return purchased product and receive exchanges or full-refunds. Read the Biye Bazaar return and refund policy below:

Accepted Return Causes

  • Biye Bazaar only accepts product returns in case of delivered product is defected, damaged or entirely different than the ordered product.

  • Minor differences in color don’t apply, as the photos displayed on web pages might not match the precise color coding of the actual product.

Returned Product Condition

  • Returned product must be unharmed, unused and unworn. Any kind of harm caused to the product by the customer will make it ineligible for return.

  • Original tags, manuals, warranty cards and other documentation provided with the product should be kept intact.

  • Returned product must have the same packaging and manufacturer labels as provided at the time of delivery.

Return Process

  • Delivered products are to be checked immediately by the customer at the time of delivery to identify any defect or damage, before accepting through signing. Any complaint after accepting the product will not be entertained.

  • For outside Dhaka purchases, the product should be sent at the Address of Biye Bazaar within three working days after receiving. Courier charges will be paid off by Biye Bazaar if returned product fulfills the criteria of Accepted Return Causes.


  • Biye Bazaar will immediately try to replace the returned product with an undamaged, defect free and accurate product.

  • In case of unavailability, the customer will be offered alternate products at the same price range.

  • If the customer refuses to accept alternate products, then full refund will be paid to the customer within 7 working days given that return cause is accepted.

  • The refund will more likely to be paid via the same medium as client payment. Biye Bazaar might use alternate methods for convenience.


  • For specific products having warranty cards provided by vendors, full responsibility of the warranty process must be dealt by the customer and the vendor.

  • The customers are encouraged to read warranty cards to understand the warranty policy that comes with the purchased product, as different vendors might have different warranty policies.

  • Though Biye Bazaar might help the customer to get in touch with the vendor, we hold no responsibility over warranty related disputes.
